Inspiration Imagery

Moodboard imagery for mental health by how to do self care for yourself. I was studying about mental health by how to do self care, and find a imagery as an example that has varies of ways to do self care, because it is important.

Take care of your mental health is important, and people need to reach out for help, when they nee one. I create three Triptych Posters of mental Health by how to take care of yourself in many different ways.

Getting some help for mental health and self-care is very important for safety because there are so many people who have mental health that do not know how to handle balance in life in general ways with so many things going on.

Typography

My mental health posters used Gill Sans Mt Bold for headers and subheads. This font fits with my image, which is to make it look clean and good.

I used Bertrand MT Condensed Regular fonts for the body copy on my posters. The font looks clean and is easier to read.

Color Palette

I want to use black and white contrast on my posters to to express how black represents darkness and the light represents self-care. I was planning to use colors in a single sentence font, but using just the blackest rich and white text font for the blackest rich and white contrast on my images was better. It does look great and beautiful how it came out!!

Initial Sketches

Here are each of the sketches of what I drew about mental health that seek some help for anyone who needs it and show how to do self-care, which is very important.

Initial Digital Drafts

I was working on posters that were a little opposite of black and white, but it was too bright and didn’t match with mental health posters for my process. The pink fonts was kind of hard to read in other posters. I decide not to do that. I was working on that in Illustrator.

The color font is kind of hard to read on a black-and-white background, and all of the images in black and white were not balanced as equally as they should have been. I decided to work on it a little bit more.

Final Triptych Posters

This is the final black and white that I created into contrast. Now, it looks balanced in the background with rich black and bright white toward the person.

This is the final that I created three images together in a row to connect. It looks so gorgeous now than before.
